December 2009 - Spy Candy where
at RAF Shawbury, but missed HRH Prince Harry who later was
training to fly helicopters there. "An excellent band with fantastic

January 2009 - Spy Candy played at the major ASL Military Showcase with
about 20 other bands, which has helped us get a busy 2009 summer - playing
at RAF Benson, then Northwood HQ (British Armed Forces Headquarters and
NATO regional command), and the following night at the Army Training Centre,
Pirbright, then Dalton Barracks & RAF Honington, with more pending... |

Aug 2008 - Another varied month, with gigs at Whipsnade Zoo, Dunstable, then Luffenham Army Base and another visit to the lovely De Vere Herons' Reach Hotel at Blackpool followed by a panoramic view of Manchester from a wedding at the Lowry Theatre in Salford. Missed the lions! |

May-Aug 2008 - Appear to have made some sporting fans in Derbyshire this summer. Played at Derby FC (Pride Park) twice, Derby Rugby Club (booked again there for 2009 already) and Horsley Lodge Golf Club, Derby. |

May 2008 - Back again at the Embassy Ballroom at West Sands Park, Selsey, a Saturday night between Suzi Quatro and Go West on in the weeks before us and Eaton Road, East 17 and Brotherhood of Man in the weeks after us. Even got to use their revolving stage this time around (sic!). |

December 2005 - The Princess Royal Barracks, Deepcut. "I would like to pass on my thanks personally, and on behalf of the Presiding Member of The Headquarters and Central Sergeants Mess here at Deepcut, for the excellent entertainment provided on the evening of our Christmas Draw. November 2005 - Spy Candy played to a packed house at The Sugar House, Lancaster University's Nightclub. "I just wanted to say thank you for a fantastic night. The costumes were brilliant, the music was an incredibly high standard and everyone in the band contributed to providing an all round outstanding performance. You guys are welcome back any time! November 2004 - Spy Candy sailed to Cherbourg in France, performing on the Pride of Bilboa, one of the most luxurious ships in P&O Ferries' fleet. The 1200 capacity Showbar was full as it typically has been for this season's other artists - who have included The Searchers, Sonia, Katrina (the Waves), Dave Finnegan's Commitments, Limahl (Kajagoogoo), and The Real Thing. The following Friday had Vanity Fare onboard - "Hitchin' a Ride" no doubt!! And Spy Candy are onboard again in 2005. |
